Shana Smith

HR & Personnel Manager

Shana is the newest member of our team, serving as the companies Human Resources and Personnel Manager. Prior to coming on board, she managed the Human Resources function for small to mid-size companies in industries including Education, IT and Renewable Energy. She is excited to transition out of the tech world and into the world of events, surrounded by an amazing team of talented and creative individuals.  Stepping into this role, Shana will oversee various aspects of the business ranging from Benefits Administration, Payroll and Recruitment, as well as continuing to develop and implement our company’s ethos.

We are thrilled that Shana shares our company vision of a positive company culture and employee experience. She will be instrumental in helping A Divine Event harness the full power of our most valuable asset, our people!  We believe that HR serves as one of the most valuable roles in any organization, working tirelessly to represent employees while maintaining the vision of the Executive Management team. In her words, “HR is more about the Human and less about the Resources.” In her spare time, Shana can be found shuttling her children to their various activities or on the Pickleball court, learning all about a new sport, that has her completely enamored.
