We want to assure you that A Divine Event is committed to the health and wellness of our clients, guests, and staff, as well as to the quality of our safety standards.

Over the past 30+ years, our company has achieved excellent results in all of our health department inspections regarding food, safety and service standards. Our culinary managers and event managers are all ServSafe certified, an accredited program on sanitation knowledge. To further alleviate apprehension regarding your upcoming event, we are adding the additional safety and sanitation measures to our procedures, designed to prevent the transmission of bacteria or viruses.


OUR TEAM

  • All A Divine Event employees have attended Safety, Infection Control, and Sanitation Training

  • Staff members will not allowed to work if they are showing symptoms of illness or if they have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19

  • Event Staff will follow our strict infection control glove policy: freshly washed hands are for clean surface tasks and touching commonly used surfaces. Chefs and staff will wear black gloves to serve food. Staff will wear white gloves for bussing

  • Unvaccinated Event Staff will wear mask and/or shield and limit contact with guests as much as possible

OUR SERVICES

  • Guests will not be required to wear masks

  • Hand Sanitizer will be provided for guests, in addition to well stocked restrooms

  • Plexi Guards are available for buffets upon clients request

  • Consistent replenishing of clean serving utensils

  • Buffets can be enhanced to be Chef or Staff Served at clients discretion with tables being released timely and orderly

  • Wedding cake will be Staff served

  • Floor plans can be created with additional space between tables and extra-large dance floors, dinner tables can be removed for dance floor space as needed


OUR SANITATION

  • The venue will be cleaned and sanitized before every special event

  • Increased full disinfectant cleaning of restrooms during special events
