Flint Hill is a historic mansion in Norcross, Georgia with indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate up to 275 guests. This home is full of character and plenty of room inside for even the largest wedding party to prepare. The venue also has a large outdoor courtyard, an excellent space to host a ceremony, as well as lush gardens for your friends and family to enjoy. In the ballroom, French doors open directly onto the covered pavilion, making it easy for guests to mingle in and out, rain or shine. Primrose Cottage is another one of our charming historic houses turned venues, originally built by Roswell King for his daughter. Situated in downtown Roswell, Georgia, it's the perfect location close to the city without having to sacrifice space and quiet. Primrose Cottage is covered in foliage, featuring a forest outback. You can easily host up to 300 people in this surprisingly intimate setting, with plenty of landscaped areas outside to create the illusion of familiarity and inwardness. The huge ballroom has plenty of room for dining and dancing, and guests can come and go into the outdoors as they please. A considerable terrace and tiered fountain create additional spots for repose, pictures, and conversation. Spacious enough to receive up to 300 guests, LIttle Gardens is located on a 7 acre estate in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Guests arrive on a sprawling front lawn, featuring a beautiful white-washed house with four grand pillars and a Juliette porch above the front door. Upstairs, the bride and groom each have their own suite to get ready for the big moment, as their guests await their arrival in the enchanting outdoor ceremony space. At the end of the garden is a waterfall and Koi pond, bestowing good fortune to the happy couple. The 2,350 square foot ballroom and immense covered patio can easily provide enough coverage for a full guestlist, but they will also enjoy the terrace that gives out onto the forest.
